		<description>Ahhh, gyros.  I love them, but what I love more than ANYTHING is chicken souvlaki on a pita w/ fresh garlicky tzatziki and plump, ripe tomatoes w/ tangy red onions...  I prefer the juicy, less salty and greasy chunks of not-processed meat on my pita, which is probably not the norm, but hey.  I&#039;m a unique kind of Greek.  :)
And there are definitely places in Chicago (well, the southside) where you can get a yummy chicken souvlaki pita...</description>
